We've been in the property business since 2001, when we started investing, buying off plan, buy to let properties and sourcing land development deals in Spain.
In 2012 we moved to the UK and settled in the country, where we developed further our knowledge and experience in the UK market, especially in BTL and HMO properties. Through persistence, hard work, and appropriate education, we have become successful professional property investors, and as such we understand the commitment and stress that property investment can bring. We also understand how rewarding it can be when done correctly.
